valuable source of objective input.
Recovery
Every business at one time or another experiences a downturn. Many factors
contribute to hardtimes. Worldwide economic factors, a misalignment within the marketplace, or a poor business process. Whatever
the cause, we believe there is most often room for recovery. MMS utilizes a data-driven process which combines personal
interviews, custom management surveys, and round table Company Advancement Team (CAT) meetings to identify and eliminate weaknesses
and capitalize on strengths within the organization.
Advancement

to test the limits of your organization. Continuous Improvement is at the very core of all MMS activities, from our own operation
to each and every client organization. Managing change, planning growth, and refining processes are important programs which
require many different individuals possessing several key areas of expertise, inside and outside of the organization. MMS
is an effective management tool and creative catalyst for such programs. We seed, nurture, then guide programs such as
these from an external position which preserves internal resources and maximizes objective input.
